6. Technical Responsibility
- Learners are responsible for installing required software and tools (guidance will be provided where applicable)
- Techmatron is not responsible for issues caused by personal hardware, software, or connectivity problems
7. Certification Requirements
- Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of course requirements
- This may include minimum attendance, project submission, or assessments

8. Payments & Refunds
- Course fees must be paid according to the agreed payment plan
